Short answer - Yes! Close to perfection! These cookies - Brown Butter Toffee Chocolate Chip - could be the best cookies I have ever made. It is one of those things where the stars aligned and the gods smiled down. I'm not sure whether it was the exact correct timing of the milk solids caramelizing to make that browned butter taste so heavenly. There was almost a lucky charms quality to the flavour said one taste-tester. I will take that as a compliment! It could have been the
